Metropolitan Opera regular Fikile Mvinjelwa returns to Cape Town to play the hunchbacked jester, with Belvedere Singing Competition finalists Noluvuyiso Mpofu and Lukhanyo Moyake making their role debuts as his daughter Gilda and the licentious Duke of Mantua.
