enc!re is a membership program for both new and seasoned opera-goers in their 20s and 30s, who are interested in exploring and enhancing their enjoyment of our city’s vibrant performing arts company, Cape Town Opera.
Membership offers young professionals the opportunity to mingle with a group of like minded individuals by attending regular events hosted at various venues throughout Cape Town and surrounds.
The best part about enc!re: Come alone, come with friends or come with the love of your life.
enc!re is aimed at young professionals, between the ages of 20 and 39 years with an appreciation for the performing arts and who are seeking a networking opportunity with like-minded individuals.
Through enc!re Cape Town Opera aims to renew the way opera is perceived by young professionals in Cape Town. We hope to entice young professionals living and / or visiting Cape Town to attend Cape Town Opera productions and networking events as this is where an elite group of individuals with similar interests get together to appreciate home-grown, wonderful talents while taking advantage of wonderful and unique networking opportunities.
An annual individual membership fee: R 100.00per person
A cover charge will be payable for all special events and will include welcome drinks and canapés.

.enc!re Opening Nights: Exclusive events for all Cape Town Opera Opening Nights.
These evenings will allow members the opportunity to park their car at one of Cape Town’s premier hotel destinations and meet fellow members for a Pre-Operatini. A complimentary hotel transfer will take them to the Opera House where the Red Carpet will be rolled out, setting the mood for an elegant evening of glamour and great opera. A return transfer will take them back to the hotel where they will get to enjoy decadent indulgent liquors & treats. (A cover charge will apply.)

Encore ‘Opera on Top’ Table Mountain
Sundowners, canapés and infectious opera. Encore members are invited to watch the sun set over Camps Bay and the twinkling lights of the Mother City. Sit and linger over operatinis and canapés while looking out over Table Mountain and the bay.
